On the December 7, 2013 regular JIPOA Board of Trustees meeting, Chuck Hall of CT Consultants and Bob Boynton of the Marblehead Board of Public Affairs attended to discuss the information presented in the attached report. The Board made no endorsement of this project, but agreed to communicate it to the island in an attempt to gauge general interest in the project.
